no sales numbers here, but I don't care for Gran Turismo (or any racing sim, give me an arcade-style NFS thanks). don't care for God of War either; although I admit I've never even played any version of God of War. and as for Final Fantasy, many on n4g agree with my lack of faith in SquareEnix anymore. if you had played Fallout 3 DLC you wouldn't call it "horse armoresque content". as 1 of the best games this-gen, Fallout 3 definitely benefits from the extra play time & new weapons, armor and Perks!

well I don't know if I'd say that since 2 of the PS3's biggest games are sequels - MGS4 and KZ2. but yeah the features have come a long way since PS3 launch. and yes there certainly seems to be more new IPs than 360 lately, doesn't there?

well I would say the ultimate advantage still goes to 360 since devs are more concerned with total sold, not percentages; and are more likely to develop for/lead with the console that sells more total games. isn't that right?
but yeah, when you put it like that it seems the core/hardcore PS3 fans may be buying as many if not more games than the 360 average.
actually in Fable 2 you must also play through 3 times to get achievements. and there's autosave, so unlike Fallout 3 you can't save before the ending and go back.

but yeah you could look at it either way. 360 has the lower cost to start playing and the larger library (for now at least). meanwhile PS3 has been selling decent at 2x the price and seems to have a better 2009 line-up.
oh and Mart yes brand recognition does count for something, and playstation still has the advantage there IMO...

if u read the article it says there will NOT be co-op. along with some good discussion of why it might be better that way.
however, character role-assumption alone doesn't save the MP experience. The Darkness had it. but yet they admitted in this discussion that The Darkness MP was 'crap'. so they shouldn't be thinking taking on character roles in MP alone will make the MP great.
